ERANIS

“Strengthening co-operation between European Research Area and NIS” (FP6-INCO, 2007-2008)

The ERANIS project was a Specific Support Action (SSA) financed by the European Commission under the 6th Framework Programme (FP6), with the aim to contribute to a more active involvement of research & development organisations from Newly Independent State (NIS) partners – Russian Federation, Ukraine, Belarus, Moldova – into the EU 7th Framework Programme (FP7). Thereby the project focused on building up the system of national contact points in the involved countries, providing trainings to research organisations from the target countries as well as a liaison with European researchers.

The main role of Invent Baltics Ltd in the ERANIS project was to organise training-workshops on FP7 and provide respective consultations to the participating organisations.
