Tallinn University will receive ~2.4 million euros as an investment for scientific research on education innovation and ICT from the European Commission’s Horizon 2020 ERA Chair fund!

Invent Baltics team helped to coordinate Tallinn University’s CEITER (“Cross-Border Educational Innovation through Technology-Enhanced Research”) project proposal preparation to the Horizon 2020 ERA Chair measure. CEITER was ranked with high 14 points and got thus invitation for Grant Agreement preparations.

Within the next six months, an internationally acclaimed scientist will be recruited as the scientific leader of the project. After recruiting the ERA Chair holder, the ERA team from leading scientists will be established whose further work will directly support creating a centre of excellence in education innovation at Tallinn University. The ERA team will start work by the end of this year; the project will last for five years.
